Free Shipping within India.

📣For Domestic buyers, orders are shipped through registered courier companies. Orders are shipped within 3-5 working days or as per the delivery date agreed at the time of order confirmation and delivery of the shipment subject to courier company norms.
📣Seasons Skin Care is not liable for any delay in delivery by the courier company and only guarantees to hand over the consignment to the courier company within 15 working days from the date of the order and payment or as per the delivery date agreed at the time of order confirmation.
📣Delivery of all orders will be to the registered address of the buyer as per the credit/debit card only at all times (Unless specified at the time of Order).

📣 Seasons Skin Care is in no way responsible for any damage to the order while in transit to the buyer.

Refund Policy

We do our best to ensure that you are completely satisfied with our products. We are happy to issue a full refund based on the conditions listed below:

📣 Refunds are only processed for orders which are cancelled within 12-Hours of their being placed.
📣 It usually takes around 5-7 Business days for the refunded amount to reflect in the buyer’s account after the refund is initiated.
📣 Purchases made by any mode may be refundable to the original source of payment. Refunds are generally processed by bank within 48 hrs of the transaction. Bank usually takes 5-7 business days from the date of refund to reflect in your bank account (Excluding Saturdays, Sundays and Bank Holidays). In the case of BANK TRANSFER and COD orders refunds will be done only in the buyer's bank account.

you received a wrong product
transaction has failed but money is debited from the bank account

Return policy

Not Returnable -

📣 For damaged, defective, wrong or expired item you can request for a refund or replacement within 5 days of delivery.
📣 You will need to share the images of the item and its defects through Your Orders for a refund or replacement. We may pickup the product to ascertain the defect.

Cancellation policy

📣 Seasons Skin Care will only process a cancellation if the request is raised within 12-Hours of the order being placed.
📣 Seasons Skin Care does not accept cancellation requests for preorder items.
📣 In case you feel that the product received is not as shown on the site, you must bring it to the notice of our customer service within 48 hours of receiving the product. The Customer Service Team after looking into your complaint will take an appropriate decision.
📣 In case of complaints regarding products that come with a warranty from manufacturers, please refer the issue to them.

📣Domestic Orders (within India) – Once we ship the product the order can only be cancelled by incurring of Rs.800 to-&-fro delivery expense.
